Back To School

Christmas Break has just ended, unfortunately. It was wonderful to have a break from the workload of school. I spent a lot of time relaxing, reading, and listening to music. It was also very nice to spend a great deal of time with my family and friends, which I don't get to do a lot with school. As the break came to a close, we finished 2020, and I have established a lot of changes that I want to make in 2021. Some of my resolutions for the next three hundred and sixty five days include exercising on a daily basis, meditating regularly, journaling daily (which I hope will facilitate mental clarity and gratitude), and strengthening my relationships with my family and my friends. In all honesty, I plan to spend less time on school; in the past, I think that I have spent far too much time stressing and working on school, and doing so takes away from my mental health and my relationships, which should always take precedence over school. At this point in my life its important that I establish clear cut boundaries for myself so that, in the future, I do not allow work or other commitments to take over my life. On the topic of school, I am excited to continue my ISM journey and develop myself as both a person and a musician.
